Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer of Luke Cunningham Clere (LCC), providing leadership across the firm's strategy, operations, finance, technology, people, business development and governance functions.
Since joining LCC in 2020, he has guided a period of sustained growth, including the firm's expansion into Auckland and Christchurch, while strengthening governance and building the organisational capability needed to support future success.
He joined LCC following more than 15 years in executive leadership roles across New Zealand and Australia. His experience spans professional services, retail, wholesale and the not-for-profit sector, including senior leadership positions within nationwide businesses and the New Zealand arm of an international children's charity.
Daniel has a particular interest in organisational strategy, operational excellence, technology-enabled transformation and building high-performing teams. Working alongside the firm's partners, he helps shape LCC's long-term direction while ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional service to clients and a rewarding career environment for its people.
A qualified accountant, Daniel holds master's degrees in professional accounting and education. Prior to his business career, he worked as a university lecturer in South Korea.
