Eloise is committed to serving the community through her work for public sector clients and through volunteering for vulnerable communities.

Prior to joining LCC, Eloise worked as a senior legal advisor at the Health and Disability Commissioner advising on range of legal and compliance matters. Before her shift to the public sector, she worked in top-ranked legal teams advising and advocating for employers, unions and employees on employment, health and safety and privacy matters.

Eloise has appeared in the District Court, Family Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.

Eloise is a contributing author to the trade union sections of LexisNexis’s Practical Guidance Employment. She has written articles on a variety of legal issues for LexisNexis’ Dispute Resolution Guide and Employment Law Bulletin, Seek and numerous other publications.
