Logan joined the firm in 2024, having previously been the Judges' Clerk for the Dunedin and Invercargill District Courts between November 2020 and November 2023 and a legal research intern in an NZX-listed software firm's in-house legal team in the 2019/2020 summer. He graduated from the University of Otago in December 2020. His work most commonly includes:
- advising public bodies on evidential matters and charging decisions;
- assisting with regulatory and professional disciplinary prosecutions; and
- advising public bodies on their powers, rights, and obligations.
Logan has appeared in the High Court, District Court, and the New Zealand Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal. He has also been a been a speaker on radio shows and at events designed to improve legal literacy within local communities.
