Lee is an intermediate Crown Prosecutor and represents the Crown in prosecuting serious crime, including sexual violence, as well as acting for related government departments. He regularly appears in the District and High Courts, and before the Parole Board. He acts for and advises regulators in professional disciplinary matters.
