Mark has appeared in the Youth Court, the District Court, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal for Crown prosecution matters. He has assisted in prosecutions for various central and local government organisations including the Ministry of Social Development, the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Greater Wellington Regional Council.
He provides advice to clients on regulatory and professional disciplinary matters and has appeared in the New Zealand Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal. Mark has spent time seconded to the Real Estate Authority, the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand, and the New Zealand Defence Force.
Prior to joining Luke Cunningham Clere in 2018, he worked as a Research Counsel at the Wellington District Court.
